James8497: B.A. in Theatre Arts from Sonoma State Univeristy. M.A. in Theatre Arts from Humboldt State University. M.T.S. from The Franciscan School of Theology in the Graduate Theological Union in Berkeley. Currently in the teaching credential program at Notre Dame de Namur University. I have been in a number of plays including THE TAMING OF THE SHREW, ROMEO AND JULIET, TWO GENTLEMEN OF VERONA, MEASURE FOR MEASURE, SPRING AWAKENING, and THE PRUFROCK PROJECT. I have directed a few one act plays including THE PROPOSAL by Anton Checkhov, HELLO FROM BERTHA by Tennessee Williams, and THE COWBOY, THE INDIAN, AND THE FERVENT FEMINIST by Murray Schisgal. My M.A. thesis in theatre was on Sacred Drama. My M.T.S. thesis was entitled SAINT FRANCIS AND FILM.
